Mark Trogdon is a native Kentuckian that grew up on a horse farm in the western part of the state. However, he has spent most of his adult life and career in Middle Tennessee. Mark is an innovative leader with over forty years of executive level management and professional experience.
After working almost twenty years in the Nashville banking industry Mark made a career change and launched a small consulting proprietorship in 2008. He advised family owned and closely held businesses that were looking to start, grow, continue or dispose of their business. In 2017, Mark decided to get his real estate license so that he could also advise individuals, investors and small businesses looking to buy, lease or sell real estate. His real estate practice has now become his sole focus.
In 2011 he wrote the independently published book, 100 After 50: A Practical Guide to Weight Management. The book has led to speaking opportunities and requests. As a professional speaker, Mark is often called to speak on his signature message; meaningful change that leads to big results. He feels this message can influence and help those that have the courage to act and to be more focused on what matters most. Mark is currently researching and writing his yet to be titled second book.
His hobbies are any type of football, college baseball, cycling, live music, music festivals, traveling and writing.
